Our home is shared with five playful, social and endlessly curious Cornish Rex cats — true family members who enjoy being involved, staying close and sharing the everyday moments that make a house feel like a home.

We are also blessed with wonderful foster families who care for some of our breeding cats. This allows our cats to grow up in a true home environment, surrounded by people, everyday routines and gentle care. Our co‑operation with foster families is built on trust, openness and genuine partnership. It is one of the most important cornerstones of how we work and how we ensure the wellbeing of every cat in our program.

Cornish Rex cats deserve homes where they can use both their body and mind, express their natural behaviors and live a life full of enrichment, closeness and joy. Our priority is always the wellbeing of each individual cat, and every Sommelier’s Cornish Rex should grow into a confident, healthy and happy cat, loved for a lifetime.

At Sommelier’s, our focus is on breeding healthy, happy cats with a wonderful temperament. Every litter is planned with love for the breed, prioritizing health, character, overall wellbeing and harmony. 

We also value correct type, the elegant wavy coat, and the expressive look that makes the Cornish Rex so unique — large ears, refined lines and those mesmerizing eyes.

Cat shows – the community of cat lovers
We love cat shows. Together with friends and like‑minded cat people, we form a community where the health and wellbeing of cats always come first. Shows are a wonderful opportunity to get to know the Cornish Rex, share knowledge and spend time with people who appreciate cats as much as we do.

We show our cats because we believe in learning, community and celebrating the Cornish Rex as a breed. Shows give us valuable feedback from judges, help us follow the development of our breeding lines and ensure that we meet the breed standard responsibly.

They also bring people together — breeders, owners and cat lovers who support one another and enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Many of our closest friendships within the hobby have begun at shows.
Most importantly, we show our cats only when it suits their personality and wellbeing. The Cornish Rex is naturally curious, social and people‑oriented, which makes the show environment enjoyable for many of them. Beautiful, healthy and easy‑going cats bring joy wherever they go.
